Co-founded and led product strategy and roadmap for a mobile and web vehicle-protection marketplace that helps car owners compare, purchase, and manage vehicle service contracts.
Product approach
The product combines transparent comparison, provider integrations, AI-assisted recommendations, purchasing, educational resources, second-chance programs, and repair-shop integrations. I led a cross-functional team from concept through beta launch, established more than 13 provider partnerships, and helped the product begin generating revenue.
